                                    Ownership Information


       TerreStar License Inc., Debtor-in-Possession (“TerreStar License DIP”), whose ownership

structure is illustrated in Attachment 1A, is a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary

of TerreStar Networks Inc., Debtor-in-Possession (“TerreStar Networks DIP”), which in turn is an

indirect, majority-owned subsidiary (approximately 89.3 percent) of TerreStar Corporation.1

SkyTerra Investors LLC holds approximately 10.7 percent of the equity interest in TerreStar

Networks DIP.

       The following two entities hold ten percent or more of the equity interest in TerreStar

Corporation: (1) Harbinger Capital Partners Funds,2 which holds approximately 45 percent, and

(2) EchoStar Corporation, which holds approximately 28.90 percent.

       TerreStar Networks DIP’s indirect foreign ownership in excess of 25 percent was approved

by the Commission on December 23, 2009,3 and remains consistent with that approval.
