Exhibit F This application seeks Commission consent to the assignment and transfer of control of STN Satellite Television Network controlled by Kevin Adell, Successor Trustee of the Franklin Z Adell Trust, to World Religious Relief, Inc., d/b/a The Word Network controlled by Kevin Adell as an individual. Kevin Adell acquired control of the Franklin Z. Adell Trust which held 100% of the stock of the licensee upon the death of his father, Franklin Z. Adell, and Commission consent was granted on October 31, 2006 (File No. SES-T/C-20060926-01775). The instant application seeks consent to the assignment of the license to a new entity which is also controlled by Kevin Adell as an individual. As such, this transaction is a pro forma assignment and transfer since the licensee will be controlled by the same person. A grant of this application will serve the public interest by permitting the continued operation of this station, albeit with a new name.
