FCC Form 312 Exhibit A20 Ownership Exhibit - Item 20 As discussed in the Description Of Transaction And Public Interest Statement submitted herewith in response to Item A21 of the instant FCC Form 312 application ("Exhibit A21),1 now that the Transaction has been consummated, the Post Transaction Licensees are indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Yankee Cable. The principal place of business for all Post Transaction Licensees, as well as RCN NY LLC 1 and RCN Telecom Services, LLC, is 196 Van Buren Street, Suite 300, Herndon, VA 20170. Assignee, RCN Telecom Services of New York, LP, is a Delaware limited partnership. RCN NY LLC 1, a Delaware limited liability company, is the limited partner of RCN Telecom Services of New York, LP. RCN Telecom Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the general partner of RCN Telecom Services of New York, LP. RCN NY LLC 1 is wholly-owned by RCN Telecom Services, LLC. RCN Telecom Services, LLC is wholly-owned by Yankee Cable. Yankee Cable is a Delaware limited liability company. Yankee Cable is wholly-owned by Yankee Cable Parent, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Yankee Cable Parent, LLC is wholly-owned by Yankee Cable Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Yankee Cable Partners, LLC is majority-owned by ABRY Partners VI, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership. ABRY Partners VI, L.P. holds all voting interests in Yankee Cable Partners, LLC. The sole general partner of ABRY Partners VI, L.P. is ABRY VI Capital Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership. The sole general partner of ABRY VI Capital Partners, L.P. is ABRY VI Capital Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The sole owner of ABRY VI Capital Investors, LLC is Royce Yudkoff, a citizen of the United States. No other entities hold a ten percent (10%) or greater ownership interest in Yankee Cable. The principal place of business for Yankee Cable, Yankee Cable Parent, LLC, Yankee Cable Partners, LLC, ABRY Partners VI, L.P., ABRY VI Capital Partners, L.P., ABRY VI Capital Investors, LLC, and Royce Yudkoff is c/o ABRY Partners, LLC, 111 Huntington Avenue, 30th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02199. 1 Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in Exhibit A21. 1
