Receive-Only Earth Station E910112 FCC Form 312 Question 43 DESCRIPTION OF TRANSACTION AND PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT Receive-only satellite earth station E910112 is registered to The CW Television Stations Inc. (f/k/a UPN Television Stations Inc., f/k/a Viacom Broadcasting of Seattle, Inc.) and is used in connection with television broadcast station WGNT, Portsmouth, VA (Facility ID No. 9762) (“WGNT”), to facilitate broadcasts to the public. Separate from this notification, the Commission has consented to the assignment of the broadcast station license for WGNT from assignor The CW Television Stations Inc. to assignee Local TV Virginia License, LLC (FCC CDBS File No. BALCDT-20100614AEU). This application hereby notifies the Commission of the assignment of the receive-only satellite earth station registration for receive-only earth station E910112 from assignor The CW Television Stations Inc. (f/k/a UPN Television Stations Inc., f/k/a Viacom Broadcasting of Seattle, Inc.) to assignee Local TV Virginia License, LLC. The assignment was consummated on August 4, 2010. This assignment will enable WGNT to continue to use receive-only satellite earth station E910112 to facilitate its broadcasts to the public. The parties to this notification respectfully submit that this assignment will therefore serve the public interest, convenience and necessity.
