Due to location and staffing efficiencies, VT iDirect (assignee) currently performs day-to-day operations and maintenance on this VSAT network for Vision Technologies Electronics, Inc. (assignor). Therefore, assignment to VT iDirect better serves the public interest by conforming the license to reflect the network’s true ownership and control, and will provide the Commission with access to the organization directly in charge of the license.
