Exhibit F Public Interest Statement SES Americom, Inc. (“Assignor”), and AT&T Corp. (“Assignee”) currently are parties, either directly or through wholly-owned subsidiaries, to a series of agreements for the provision of commercial C-band satellite earth station gateway services for the United States Navy Commercial Wideband SATCOM Program (“CSWP”) as well as other Navy-related satellite communications programs. Assignor currently is the licensee of Earth Station E020093, the license to operate one of the transmit/receive satellite earth station facilities used in the provision of this service. Assignor and Assignee, as a contractor and subcontractor respectively in the provision of the CSWP and other Navy-related services, have agreed to seek to assign the license for Earth Station E020093 from the Assignor to the Assignee. FCC consent to the proposed assignment is in the public interest, as it will allow continued provision of communications gateway services to the Navy pursuant to the terms of the government contract for the service and the subcontracting arrangements between the parties.
