PUBLIC INTEREST SHOWING The Assignor, Sherjan Broadcasting Company, Inc., is combining its business enterprise with the business enterprise of Caribevisión Holdings, Inc., to form a new entity, America-CV Station Group, Inc. Both entities are in the television broadcasting business. Their joining together will give them additional strength to compete in the television marketplace. E060373, previously used to relay programming to with Sherjan’s television station WJAN-CA, will become available for use with six stations which will be owned by the Assignee. Applications are pending with the Media Bureau covering assignment of the broadcast station licenses involved in the transaction. The public interest will be served by granting this application, as it will allow the earth station, which is mounted on a truck, to be used to gather programming for additional television stations. {00146733-1 }
