FCC Form 312 Exhibit F Page 1 of 1 Exhibit F: Response to Item A21 PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT By this application, SES Americom, Inc. (“SES Americom”) and Denali 20020, LLC (“Denali”) seek Commission consent to the assignment of earth station licenses from SES Americom to Denali. SES Americom and Denali have entered into an asset sales agreement pursuant to which Denali will acquire the facilities and licenses associated with SES Americom’s Brewster, Washington teleport. Grant of this assignment application will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity. Denali has the resources and engineering expertise required to operate the Brewster teleport. Denali is wholly owned and controlled by Mr. James Veeder, who has 22 years of experience in satellite telecommunications. Grant of the assignment will ensure that services from the teleport continue without interruption.
