Washington, DC 20554 Re: Cable News Network LP, LLLP; Applications for Pro Forma Assignment; File Numbers SES—ASG—20090911—01155, SES—ASG—20090911—01162 and SES—ASG— 20090911—01163; Notification of Consummation Dear Sir or Madam: Pursuant to Section 25.119(f) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC" or "Commission") CNN America, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and Courtroom Television Network LLC (collectively, the "Assignees") hereby notify the FCC of the consummation of the transaction to which the Commission consented through the above referenced applications (“Applications”).” As the Applications noted, the pro forma transaction for which the Assignees and Cable News Network LP, LLLP (the "Assignor") sought FCC approval occurred as part of a corporate restructuring on December 31, 2006. The FCC consented to the assignment and the FCC is asked to similarly process this notification of consummation so that the affected licenses may be re—issued to th? appropriate entity.
