To summarize our conversation, on August 11, 2009 I submitted a notification of pro forma assignment of a receive-only earth station bearing the call sign E865061, from Cablevision of Paterson, Inc. to Cablevision of Paterson, LLC. The application file number is SES-ASG- 20090811-00990 (submission ID# IB2009003123). Based on a conversation between my colleague Russell Fox and Karl Kensinger we amended the attachment to the application. Attached is that updated version of the Description of Transaction and Public Interest Statement. Please replace the previously submitted Description of Transaction exhibit with the attached. The Ownership Exhibit remains the same. The response to question #35 on the Form 312 should now be "no." If you have any questions regarding this request, please feel free to contact me at any time.
