Dear Mr. Carnell:

On July 23, 2009, ITT Corporation and Computer Sciences Raytheon filed the above—captioned
application for consent to assign the licenses for two Ku—Band earth stations from ITT to
Computer Sciences Raytheon. Pursuant to Section 25.111(a) of the Commission‘s rules, 47
C.F.R. § 25.111(a), we request additional information in connection with this application.

Specifically, please provide, in the form of a supplement to the application, the names, address,
citizenship, percentage of voting and equity stock of any individual or entity holding a ten percent
or greater interest in the proposed assignee, Computer Sciences Raytheon. Further, for any entity
holding a ten percent or greater interest in Computer Sciences Raytheon please identify any
individuals or entities having a ten percent or greater interest in that entity. Finally, please
describe the ultimate ownership, including any intermediate holding companies and any interests
of ten percent or greater in such companies, of any entities holding a ten percent or greater
interest in the licensee, or in a company holding an interest in the licensee (e.g., wholly—owned
subsidiary, publicly traded with no individual or entity holding more than ten percent interest,
etc.).

Please provide the requested information not later than March 31, 2009. Failure to file the
requested information will result in dismissal of the application pursuant to Section 25.112(c) of
the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.112(c).‘
