(“Rockwell Collins”), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 25.119(f) of the Commission’s Rules, hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission that the assignment of authorization of five satellite earth station authorizations from DataPath, Inc. (“DataPath”) to Rockwell Collins Satellite Systems, Inc. (“RCSSI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rockwell Collins, was consummated on June 1, 2009. A press release confirming the consummation is attached to this notice. On June 3, 2009, the Commission issued a public notice granting assignment of authorization of satellite earth stations, call signs E060078, E040072, E030111, E020316, and E060320, from DataPath to RCSSI. The assignment of those authorizations from DataPath to RCSSI was consummated on June 1, 2009. As discussed with International Bureau staff, due to an inadvertent oversight, we are hereby late filing this Notice of Consummation and, as appropriate or necessary, respectfully request a waiver of Section 25.119(f) of the Commission’s Rules.
