FCC Form 312 Exhibit F December 2007 The satellite earth stations licensed under Call Signs E980314 and E980351 are currently used by Global Multimedia, LLC to broadcast various sports and news events to the general public. Grant of this assignment of control for these licenses will allow RGP Printing & Office Supplies, Inc. to continue to use these transportable satellite earth stations to broadcast these events to the public. The parties to this application respectfully submit that the assignment of the licenses for Call Signs E980314 and E980351 will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity.
