SES—AS$G—20070620—00836 Request for Extension of Consummation Period Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of Clear Channel Communications, Inc., the parent company of the licensee associated with the above—referenced assignment of license application, we respectfully request that the period authorized for completion ofthe closing of the assignment of license to Aloha Station Trust, LLC be extended for an additional 60 days until September 24, 2008. The parties anticipate that this transaction will be closed on July 30, 2008. The Commission‘s consent was granted on November 29, 2007 and the current consummation deadline for this applicationis July 26, 2008. This extension request is being filed so that the consummation extension will not expire prior to the anticipated closing. Granting this additional extension request is in the public interest.
