SES—ASG—20070620—00836 Request for Extension of Consummation Period Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalfof Clear Channel Communications, Inc., the parent companyofthe licensee associated with the above—referenced assignment of license application, we respectfully request that the period authorized for completion of the closing of the assignment of license to Aloha Station Trust, LLC be extended for an additional 60 days until July 26, 2008. The Commission‘s consent was granted on November 29, 2007. The parties are continuing to work toward closing the mergertransaction to which the instant assignment is related.
