FCC Form 312 – Schedule A Response to Item A21 EXHIBIT F This application seeks the Federal Communications Commission’s consent to the Assignment of Authorization for VSAT system E060033 from Stone Energy Corporation to Energy Partners, Ltd. A grant of this application will serve the public interest because it will permit the proposed assignee to continue to provide uninterrupted operation of this VSAT system which is used in the Gulf of Mexico and throughout the United States to support oil and gas operations including exploration, development, and production. The system consists of a network of approximately 400 1.8 meter remote transmit/receive terminals located throughout the United States and Gulf of Mexico. The remote terminals work in conjunction with a 3.8 meter Hub Station located in Lafayette, Louisiana.
