July 12, 2007 FCC Washington, DC 20554 To Whom It May Concern: Cable Nebraska, L.L.C. purchased the assets of Galaxy Cablevision which included the Earth Station License E2531 on February 1, 2004. Galaxy Cablevision released the license and Cable Nebraska, L.L.C. completed the transfer of the license on May 19, 2006. The transfer application was granted on May 30, 2006. Cable Nebraska, L.L.C. would like to consummate the earth station license #E2531 as of the February 1, 2004 transaction date.
