The voting interests in each of the companies is the same as the equity interest in such company.

3. The ownership chart identifies several individuals (Oscar M. Lopez, Manuel M. Lopez, Presentacion L .Psinakis, Eugenio Lopez III, and Rommel S. Duran, on the right hand side of the chart) that each hold 10% interests in ABS—CBN Holdings Corp., the company that holds a noncontrolling interest in the assignee. Please provide the citizenship of each of these individuals. Oscar M. Lopez, Manuel M. Lopez, Pesentacion L. Psinakis and Rommel S. Duran are citizens of the Philippines, and Eugenio Lopez III is a citizen of the United States.
