("HNS") and HNS License Sub LLC ("HNS License Sub") hereby file this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC" or "Commission")‘ to update the above referenced application (the "Application") to assign five non—common carrier fixed satellite transmit/receive earth station authorizations, call signs E990170, E030008, EO30007, E940460, and E000166, as well as all associated special temporary authorizations ("STAs") and all applications of HNS for new, modified or extended authority with respect to earth stations that may be granted prior to the consummation of the proposed transaction, to HNS License Sub. In order to ensure that the Application continues to reference all related pending applications with respect to these call signs, and that the grant of consent encompasses any such pending applications that may be granted prior to consummation, this letter updates Appendix I to Exhibit B of the Application to reflect that HNS has recently made two filings with respect to ! 47 CFR. § 1.65.
