In order to ensure that the Application continues to reference all related pending applications with respect to this STA, and that the grant of consent encompasses any such pending applications that may be granted prior to consummation, this letter updates Appendix I to Exhibit B of the Application to reflect that HNS has filed a request for extension of this STA.
