The original notice was also on the letterhead of the assignee (Americable International, Inc.) as opposed to the assignor (Americable International San Diego, Inc.). Both of these are corrected by this letter and the accompanying notice. Mr. William J. McCarthy, who is providing the enclosed notice, was at all relevant times and is the executive vice president of both the assignor and the assignee.
