Global Eagle hereby amends its pending ESAA modification application to add a request for waiver of the FCC's rules to the extent required to permit reception of downlink signals in the 12.2-12.75 GHz band from the Eutelsat 139 WA and Hispasat 143 W-1 satellites, which are already authorized to transmit in all or part of these bands. No other changes to the application are proposed in this amendment.
