BlackSky Global, LLC FCC Form 312 Amendment Narrative Exhibit 1 DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT TO PENDING EARTH STATION LICENSE APPLICATION BlackSky Global, LLC (“BlackSky”) seeks to amend the pending application for a new earth station as identified herein,1 to modify the operating transmit power of the M2 Antenna Systems antenna model 450CP34, identified in the pending application as FAI_UT. 1. E40 Total EIRP for all carriers, and E48 Maximum EIRP per Carrier should be changed to 29.0 dBW 2. E49 Maximum ERIP Density per Carrier and E60 Maximum EIRP Density toward the Horizon should be changed to 21.6 dBw/4kHz The increase in power level will not affect the power levels used to complete the Radiation Hazard Study shown in Exhibit 1 to the original application nor any of the information that was supplied to the Society of Broadcast Engineers in connection with the frequency coordination with that group that is shown in Exhibit 2 to the original application. The overall description of operations that is provided in Exhibit 3 to the original application also remains current, except that the referenced satellite constellation application has now been granted. Accordingly, those Exhibits previously submitted are incorporated by reference. All other operating parameters requested in the original application remain unchanged. Only the information relevant to the changes above are included in the Schedule B submitted herewith. The power levels shown in the original application were calculated in error.
