Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC ('Scripps') acquired from KTVQ Communications, LLC the television station (KTVQ(TV)) with which the existing TVRO c-band facility is used. The purpose of this amendment is to change the name and certifications of the applicant to Scripps, and to correct previously filed technical data. This facility is used for receiving broadcast network programming and related data. Since this is an existing installation, it was originally filed as a limited exception to the application freeze per DA18-398. This application was also filed without coordination per the waiver granted in DA18-398. Coordinates provided in Schedule B are based on the WGS84 datum.
