DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC SES-LIC-20170428-00485 EXHIBIT A DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT TO PENDING APPLICATION DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC amends its pending license application for a new Direct Broadcast Satellite earth station in Bakersfield, California1 to correct the proposed earth station’s geographic coordinates, revise the previously specified antenna gain and power limits, and include an updated frequency coordination and interference analysis report. Data entry limitations in IBFS currently prevent applicants from inputting geographic coordinates in a geodetic datum other than NAD-27 or NAD-83 in Schedule B to FCC Form 312. The proposed Bakersfield, California earth station’s geographic coordinates identified using Google Earth WGS84 are 35º 18’ 33.9” N.L. and 119º 4’ 35.5” W.L. 1 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Application for LADD5 Earth Station in Bakersfield, CA, SES- LIC-20170428-00485 (filed Apr. 28, 2017).
