                            Certificate of Earth Station Operations

       SES Government Solutions, Inc. hereby certifies that its earth station authorized on

November 22, 2016 under call sign E160136, File Nos. SES-LIC-20160714-00658 and SES-

AMD-20160926-00799, has been put into operation. Service commenced in May 2016

pursuant to a grant of special temporary authority, and the earth station will remain operational

during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. The antenna facility

has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the

Commission’s rules.
