Amendment Globecomm License Sub LLC (“Globecomm”) seeks to amend the pending modification application1 for earth station, call sign E990402, to clarify that it does not seek authority to operate the 600KG7W emission designator in the 13700-13800 MHz band. Rather, Globecomm seeks authority to operate the 600KG7W emission designator in the 13750-13770 MHz and 13780-14000 MHz bands.
