    Dear Ms. Dortch:
            On April 21, 2015, I spoke via telephone with Jose Albuquerque, Chief of the
    International Bureau’s Satellite Division, concerning one aspect of the Commission’s
    order in the above-referenced proceeding. 1 I suggested, and Mr. Albuquerque agreed,
    that the Order does not address explicitly the treatment of new NGSO MSS feeder link
    earth stations operating in the 29.1-29.25 GHz band. I stated that Iridium may seek
    clarification on this point.
