DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC AMD to E130081 EXHIBIT A DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV”) hereby amends its pending application for a 17/24 GHz BSS earth station (call sign E130081) at its Northwest Uplink facility, to (1) add DIRECTV-RB2 as an additional point of communication, and (2) submit the radiation hazard report that was inadvertently omitted from the original application. DIRECTV hereby certifies that the remaining information in its original application has not changed.
