EXHIBIT A Intelsat License LLC herein requests to amend its pending application to modify its current license, call sign E000355. By this amendment, Intelsat corrects the frequencies for which it seeks authorization. Specifically, at its new location, the earth station will communicate, per its current license, with all U.S.-licensed and Permitted List satellites in the 5925-6425 MHz and 3700-4200 MHz frequency bands. The frequency bands 3625-2700 MHz and 5850-5925 MHz were incorrectly included in the modification application. Intelsat does not wish to add these bands to the license at this time. The Schedule B submitted with this amendment reflects the correct frequencies. All previously filed exhibits are incorporated by reference.
