("Inmarsat") hereby notifies the Commission that the Inmarsat—5 F2 satellite successfully completed in—orbit testing. The space station‘s measured performance is consistent with the above—referenced market access authorization, and the space station is capable of using its authorized frequencies.‘ Inmarsat—5 F2 was placed into operation at its assigned orbital location on October 16, 2015.
