SES-LIC-20120426-00397; SES-AMD-20120823-00781 Dear Ms. Dortch: On Monday, March 10, 2014, Andrew Sukawaty, Executive Chairman, Inmarsat and Chris Murphy, Vice President, Government Affairs, Inmarsat, met with the Commission representatives listed below. In this meeting, the Inmarsat representatives provided a status update on Inmarsat’s Global Xpress network build out, including the successful launch of the Boeing-built I5 F1 satellite and the construction of the I5 F2 and F3 satellites. The Inmarsat representatives also explained that the Global Xpress network, through its extensive U.S. manufacturing and reseller partnership arrangements, will provide a competitive global broadband network for maritime, aviation, enterprise and government customers. In order to facilitate the introduction of Global Xpress services in the United States and around the globe, the Inmarsat representatives urged the above-referenced filings be acted on in a timely manner.
