The modification authorized the addition of a facility referred to as HUB4 on the license. The modified license was granted on August 7, 2012. The antenna has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the FCC‘s rules. The antenna is operational and commenced service on April 3, 2012 pursuant to Special Temporary Authority (SES—STA—20120321—00285, which was subsequently extended). The antenna will remain operational during the license period unless the license for the antenna is submitted for cancellation. The subject modification application included an additional facility referred to as HUBS on the license. VSAT Systems will notify the Commission when that antenna is constructed and operational.
