Amendment to FCC Form 312 Communications Laboratories Inc. Call Sign E100117 SES-STA-20101105-01399 Federal Communications Commission Reason for this amendment:  Communications Laboratories filed an FCC form 312 requesting authority to operate our Melbourne Teleport on October 27, 2010. This request has been assigned an FCC file # SESLIC2010102701345.  Subsequent to the filing of the initial form 312 request, Communications Laboratories filed a request for an STA for the Melbourne teleport on November 05, 2010 which is FCC file # SES-STA-20101105-01399  On November 29th, the commission granted the request for STA with the conditions that “This STA is subject to amendment of underlying application to clarify 47 CFR 25.209 compliance for the Antenna Id, “Remote 1”. Communications Laboratories has amended the underlying license application in accordance with the Commission’s recommendations to reflect 47 CFR 25.209 compliance for the “Remote 1” by citing a previous grant for this antenna. The Commission has previously approved the use of this antenna and granted the required waiver in accordance with 47 CFR 25.209 for an Andrews type 960 antenna in the matter of SES-MOD-20050803-01034. This amendment will also correct the data entered in section E54/55 of the frequency coordination section. The data is now corrected to reflect that the Range of the satellite arc is 43.0W through 143.0W.
