(“Telesat”) is required to keep current the emergency contact information that can be used in the event that its ESV units must cease operations. Telesat is herein notifying the Commission that, effectively immediately, the telephone contact information is updated as follows. This contact facility is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 570-226-6688. In accordance with Special Provision 5903 of its current authorization, Telesat is also notifying the Naval Electromagnetic Spectrum Center to provide the same contact information as above.
