Amendment Exhibit 1

               AMENDMENT EXHIBIT REGARDING TWO-DEGREE
              SPACING REQUIREMENT AND ANTENNA PATTERNS

   I. Introduction

Skynet Satellite Corporation (“Skynet”) hereby amends its application for new
transmit/receive earth station authorization (SES-LIC-20090623-00784) by providing the
following information regarding its proposed antenna operations.

Skynet is seeking authority to operate a Prodelin 2.4-m antenna, which does not
strictly comply with Section 25.209 of the Commission’s Rules. However, pursuant to
Section 25.218 of the Commission’s Rules, an applicant may request routine processing
of an application if it can provide documentation indicating that the proposed antenna
operations would meet the applicable off-axis EIRP envelope.

Pursuant to the Part 25 Earth Station Fifth Report and Order, the International
Bureau maintains a list of approved non-conforming earth station antennas. Earth
station applicants proposing to use an antenna on this list no longer need to attach
antenna radiation plots as an exhibit to their applications, as required by section
25.132(b)(3) of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.132(b)(3). Rather, applicants need
only provide an attachment to their applications citing the particular antenna they plan
to use, and an application file number and call sign of a license in which that type of
antenna has been approved. Barring any countervailing considerations, the Bureau will
consider granting the application for the non-conforming antenna, providing the
applicant proposes the same kinds of services as the operator of the previously
authorized antennas under the same or substantially similar operating conditions.

In the current case, Skynet is relying upon two previous applications in which
authority was sought and granted to operate a 2.4-m antenna with similar parameters
as its proposed earth station. See first, SES-LIC-20080717-00949, Call Sign E080170,
license issued to Intelsat LLC; and subsequently, SES-LIC-20091110-01440, Call Sign
E090201, license issued to AST Telecom, LLC. The Intelsat license appears on the
Bureau’s list of approved non-routine earth station antennas. The AST Telecom
application, recently granted, has not yet been added to that list. However, because the
AST Telecom application also included the table information required under Section
25.218 of the Commission’s Rules, Skynet is also referencing it so that the
documentation it is referencing includes both the antenna patterns and corresponding
tables in order to satisfy the reporting requirements outlined in Section 25.218.

Amendment Exhibit 1

   II. Summary and Certifications

The antenna pattern submitted with the instant amendment exceeds the sidelobe
specification established in Section 25.209.

It is shown in this amendment that the proposed antenna operations would meet
the applicable off-axis EIRP envelope specified in Section 25.218.

Skynet certifies that it will limit its pointing error to 0.5°.

Skynet acknowledges that its proposed antenna will be protected from radio
interference caused by other space stations only to the degree to which harmful
interference would not be expected to be caused to an earth station employing an
antenna conforming to the referenced patterns defined in Section 25.209.

For the foregoing reasons, Skynet respectfully requests that the instant
amendment and the underlying application for new station authority to which it
applies be granted.
