The Commission granted Intelsat LLC‘s license to operate this earth station facility on December 11, 2009. The station became fully operational on or about July 1, 2010. The earth station antenna authorized by the E090167 license has been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission‘s rules.
