("Row 44")hercbynotifies the Commission, pursuant to Section 25.133(b) of the FCC's Rules (47 C.F.R. $ 25.133(b)) and Condition 2938 of its license, that it began deployment on May 8, 2010 of additional Ku-band Earth station antennas as authorized in the above-referenced modification to its aeronautical mobile Earth station blanket license (Call Sign E080100). The referenced modification application was granted on January 20,2010. At that time, operations using several installations of a previously authorized antenna (Remote #1) were already ongoing pursuant to its original license (SES-LIC-20080508-00570) - md, for the initial period of operation, pursuant to a series of pre-grant Special Temporary Authorizations (see FCC File Nos. SES-STA- 200807ll-00928, SES-STA-20090417 -00507 , and SES-ST A-200907 09-00854). This letter certifies that the antennas authorized under File No. SES-MOD- 20091021-01342 (designated Remote #2) are being deployed consistent with Row 44's modified license, and that the initial TECOM antenna in this network has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in $25.209 of the FCC's Rules. See 47 C.F.R. g 25.209. Moreover, the authorizedBarth stations will remain operational during the license period ending August 5,2024, unless submitted for cancellation.
