CVG, Inc. seeks to amend their license application (SES−LIC−20070924−01316) to permit their proposed Ku−band transmit/receive earth station to operate as a temporary−fixed earth station rather than a fixed earth station. The earth station will continue to provide digital video, audio, and data services. 10
