SES—AMD—20071010—01407 and SES—STA—20071207—01679 Dear Ms. Dortch: As set forth in File No. SES—AMD—20071010—01407, SkyWave Mobile Communications, Corp. ("SkyWave") has applied for authority to use four new mobile earth terminal ("MET‘s") models (DMR—800D, DMR—8008, DMR—800L and Suretinx 8000) with its existing D+ blanket earth station authorization (call—sign EO30055). The International Bureau granted SkyWave special temporary authority ("STA") to use these four new MET models on February 1, 2008 (File No. SES—STA— 20071207—01679) for sixty days. M In accordance with 47 C.E.R. § 1.65, this letter is to notify the Bureau that the "Surelinx 8000" MET set forth in the above—referenced file numbers has been renamed by SkyWave as the "Surelinx 8100" MET. While the name of this MET has changed, there have been no changes to the technical information concerning this MET as set forth in File Nos. SES—AMD—20071010—01407 and SES—STA—20071207—01679. SkyWave respectfully requests that the above—referenced files be updated accordingly, and that any further action by the Bureau on File Nos. SES—AMD—20071010—01407 and SES—STA—20071207—01679 reflect the new name for the Surelinx 8100 MET. Enclosed please find an original and five copies of this letter and an additional copy to be date—stamped and returned with our messenger.
