({/k/a Telenor Satellite, Inc.), VIZADA Services, LLC (/k/a FTMSC US LLC), and Thrane and Thrane Airtime, Ltd. (collectively, the "Applicants"), and Inmarsat Ventures Limited ("Inmarsat"), submit this letter in connection with the application proceedings and FCC authorizations referenced in Exhibit A (the "Proceedings"). Pursuant to a long—term coordination agreement entered into by and among Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc. (together, "MSV") and Inmarsat Global Limited, MSV is submitting a letter withdrawing all filings it submitted in the Proceedings, subject to that coordination agreement being accepted by the relevant Administrations (United States, Canada and the United Kingdom). In light of, and subject to, MSV‘s withdrawal, the Applicants and Inmarsat withdraw all of their respective pleadings in the Proceedings that respond to MSV‘s pleadings. The Applicants preserve on the record of the Proceedings all of their pending applications and amendments thereto. Please contact the undersigned with any questions regarding this matter. MVS Fed, LLC recently amended the applications initially filed by its affiliate, MVS USA, Inc., to designate itself as applicant seeking authorization to provide Inmarsat services, and now holds Special Temporary Authority in this regard. However, MVS USA, Inc. filed the responsive pleadings relevant to this letter.
