ITC—AMD—20060804—00288, SES—AMD—20060804—01315, ITC—STA—20071213—00507, SES—STA—20071214—01699, & ISP—PDR—20060804—00010 Supplemental Information Regarding Ownership Dear Ms. Dortch: VIZADA Services LLC ("VIZADA," formerly FTMSC US, LLC), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby supplements the record in the above—referenced proceedings to provide updated information regarding the ownership of VIZADA. Specifically, this submission provides information regarding (1) a recent pro forma restructuring of VIZADA‘ s ownership; (2) the current ownership of MobSat Management Sarl ("MobSat Management"), a Luxembourg company that holds an indirect minority interest in VIZADA; and (3) other minor changes in VIZADA‘s ultimate ownership. An updated ownership chart reflecting these changes is attached hereto and replaces the ownership chart provided with VIZADA‘s most recent previous submission to the Commission.‘ Pro Forma Restructuring of VIZADA Ownership The ownership of VIZADA was restructured effective January 14, 2008 by transferring VIZADA‘s immediate parent company from Vizada S.A. to Mobsat Holding US Corp. ("Mobsat Holding"). The transfer was effectuated through the sale by Vizada S.A. of 100% of the shares of VIZADA‘s parent, VIZADA Services Holding, Inc. (formerly FTMSC US Holding, Inc.), to MobSat Holding. I See Letter of Peter A. Rohrbach to Marlene H. Dortch, IB Dkt No. 06—225, File Nos. Ms. Marlene H. Dortch February 13, 2008 Page 2 Mobsat Holding is a Delaware corporation thatis a direct, wholly—owned subsidiary of MobSat Holding Norway AS ("MobSat Norway," formerly Inceptum 1 AS). Vizada S.A. is an indirect, wholly—owned subsidiary of MobSat Norway. As a result, the transfer of ownership of VIZADA‘s parent company has not affected the ultimate ownership and control of the company. Ownership and Control of MobSat Management In previous submissions in this proceeding, VIZADA provided information regarding MobSat Management, a company created for the purpose of providing an investment vehicle for individuals involved in the management of VIZADA and its affiliates." At that time, however, distribution of the shares to the individual managers had not yet taken place. These shares are held in reserve to be available for future purchases by individuals involved in the management of VIZADA and its affiliates. The reserve shares held by Apax France represent a 26.66% interest in MobSat Management, and the reserve shares held by Altamir Amboise represent a 10.37% interest in MobSat Management.‘ The attached updated ownership chart reflects these interests. 2 See October 5 Letter at 2—3. ITC—AMD—20060804—00288, et al., dated September 4, 2007 ("September 4 Letter®"). 3 The distribution of shares of MobSat Management to individual managers has decreased the total interest held by Apax France and Altamir Amboise in MobSat Group Holding Sarl (" MobSat Group Holding"), the ultimate parent of VIZADA. Specifically, Apax France now holds a total interest of 54.4% in MobSat Group Holding, directly holding 51.9% and indirectly holding the remainder through its interest in MobSat Management.

Dortch February 13, 2008 Page 3 No change has occurred in control of MobSat Management as it was described in the October 5 Letter, VIZADA hereby updates item 2 in the principal place of business showing in the October 5 Letter with respect to MobSat Management (Nationality of Investment Principals Officers and Directors) as follows: Sharcholders are French entities and individual citizens of Belgium, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the U.K., and the U.S.; sole manager is a Luxembourg company that is in turn managed by a U.K. individual. Other Minor Ownership Changes Finally, VIZADA advises the Commission that the Glenridge Trust has acquired a 1.2% direct interest in MobSat Group Holding. The Glenridge Trust is an irrevocable family trust established in the U.K. whose trustees are Michael Collins and Gwendoline Collins. Michael Collins is a U.K. citizen involved in the management of companies controlled by MobSat Group Holding and also directly holds 1.2% of MobSat Group Holding. Gwendoline Collins is also a U.K. citizen, as are all the beneficiaries of the Glenridge Trust. Thus, the direct shareholders of MobSat Group Holding are: Apax France (51.9%), Altamir Amboise (20.2%), Apax Parallel Investment V, L.P. (15.4%), MobSat Management (9.3%), Michael Collins (1.2%), the Glenridge Trust (1.2%), and Bruno Ducharme (.9%)." On the attached ownership chart, the collective holdings of Michael Collins, the Glenridge Trust, and Bruno Ducharme are designated as "Other MobSat Group Holdings Sharcholders." Altamir Amboise now holds a total interest of 21.1% in MobSat Group Holding, directly holding 20.2% and indirectly holding the remainder through its interest in MobSat Management. 4 This results in an apparent total ownership of 100.1% due to inaccuracies introduced by rounding.
