("MVS"), this letter is being submitted in response to a request from the International Bureau staff to identify the geographic location of the gateway land earth station ("LES") that are used in connection with Inmarsat‘s Broadband Global Area Network ("BGAN®") service. As set forth in the Technical Appendix (Attachment A at 3) to MVS‘s BGAN application, the Inmarsat BGAN LESs are located in Burum, Netherlands (primary) and Fucino, Italy (alternate). The latitude, longitude and altitude of the LES locations are: (1) Burum, Netherlands at 53.285N, 6.218E, altitude 0.009km; and (2) Fucino, Italy at 41.981N, 13.392E, altitude 0.65 km.
