The Boeing Company seeks blanket authority to operate 1,000 transmit and receive earth stations onboard vessels (’ESVs’). This amendment clarifies that Boeing seeks ALSAT authority as indicated in the narrative attachment to its original application as well as authorization to communicate with specific satellites in extended Ku−band frequencies.
