Because Inmarsat ple is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange, shareholdings in Inmarsat plc fluctuate from time—to—time. Inmarsat has been informed that, based on recent trading, Lehman Brothers International (Europe) ("Lehman Europe"), a company formed under the laws of England and Wales, holds approximately 15% of the voting shares of Inmarsat plc, and holds the voting power represented by those shares.
