SES Americom proposes to amend the currently filed FCC earth station license application specified in question 19b to apply for the specific frequencies licensed to the satellite with which it will communicate. Additionally, we will lower the 40MHz carrier bandwidth emission designator to 10MHz for the purpose of TT&C, operations monitoring and test. 10
