(’NGDMS’) seeks amemndment to the Form 312 application (File No. SES−LIC−20030919−01304) filed by Northrop Grumman Information Technology, Inc. (’NGIT’) to change the applicant name from NGIT to NGDMS. As the result of a corporate reorganization, certain facilities and contracts will be transferred from NGIT to NGDMS on January 1, 2004. Both NGIT and NGDMS are subsidiaries of Northrop Grumman Corporation. 14
