The initial VSAT application had been assigned call sign E030166 and File No. SES-LIC-20030725-01031. I asked you to postpone issuing public notice until we filed an amendment correcting the geographic coordinates. We filed the amendment application the other day, and now ask that you proceed with the issuance of the public notice for The Kroger Co.'s VSAT application. The materials filed in the amendment application completely substitute for the data filed in the initial application. Please call me at 202-383-3361 if you have any questions.
