Request for Name Change Call sign E030094 that has the name “Amoco Production Company” on it. Amoco Production Company has been phased out and the name changed to “BP America Production Company” – there is no change in ownership it is still under the same FRN and tax ID – this is an administrative task to update the name to reflect the correct operating name. This update took place a few years back and cores was updated and this is reflected on other call signs within the commission. It was recently brought to our attention this call sign authorized through the International Bureau wasn’t addressed that the time and still reflects the old name. Can you please update the name to reflect what is on file with the commission and cores to “BP America Production Company?” Additionally, the correct mailing address is also reflected in cores and should also be updated on this authorization.
