MTN License Corp. Form 312, Amendment SES-MOD-20171002-01081 April 2019 Description of Amendment MTN License Corp. (MTN”) hereby amends its pending modification application under IBFS File No. SES-MOD-20171002-01081 to limit its request for access to the extended C-band transmit frequencies at 5850-5925 MHz to operations using the NSS-7 satellite at 20.0° West longitude. An updated coordination report extending the coordinated arc for the conventional C-band frequencies to cover this satellite is provided as an attachment. In the associated Form 312 and Schedule B, MTN has substituted the NSS-7 satellite for Permitted List authority in this band. MTN would maintain its Permitted List authority to operate in the conventional C-band uplink and downlink frequencies as authorized under the current license for Call Sign KA434 .
